I teach IB Maths full-time and mostly work with students taking AA HL or AI SL who need help getting unstuck before mocks. A lot of my lessons are about calculus, functions and probability, but I also spend time on the IA because many students leave it too late. I’m quite methodical in lessons and I’ll normally rebuild a topic from the basics if that’s what’s needed.

I’m an IB English tutor with a literature background, and most of my week is spent helping students with Paper 1, HL Essay planning, and getting commentary writing to sound less forced. I like working closely with the texts rather than teaching generic formulae. If you already have ideas but struggle to shape them into strong paragraphs, that is usually where I come in.

My focus is IB Biology, especially genetics, metabolism and human physiology. I’ve worked with students who know the content but lose marks because their answers are too vague or don’t use the command terms properly. I also help with the IA, from refining a question to writing up results clearly. Lessons are structured, but I keep them practical and very topic-specific.

I’ve been teaching IB Chemistry for several years and still genuinely enjoy the subject, especially bonding, energetics and organic pathways. A lot of students come to me when HL starts to feel fast, or when the IA becomes more confusing than the syllabus itself. I’m quite straightforward in how I teach: we go topic by topic, use past-paper style questions early, and fix weak areas properly.

Hi, I’m a tutor for IB Physics and I usually work with students who are fine in class but freeze when they see multi-step problems. I spend a lot of time on mechanics, electricity and data analysis because those are the areas where marks disappear quickly. I also help with IA planning and uncertainty work. My lessons are calm, clear and usually involve plenty of worked examples rather than long explanations.

I teach IB Computer Science and most of my students need support with object-oriented programming, trace tables, and the exam questions that mix theory with code. I also help quite a bit with the Internal Assessment, especially when a student has a project idea but no clear structure for building it. My style is practical and fairly relaxed. We code, test things, and talk through why something works.

I tutor IB Psychology with a strong focus on essay structure, studies, and how to use research well instead of just listing it. Students often come to me for help with the biological and cognitive approaches, or because they’re unsure how much detail the exam actually needs. I’m also happy to support the IA, particularly planning and evaluation. Lessons are discussion-based but always tied back to mark schemes.

I work mainly with IB English Literature students who want sharper essays and a better feel for how to write under timed conditions. A lot of what we do is close reading, building comparative points, and making sure interpretations are properly supported rather than asserted. I enjoy poetry and drama in particular, so those tend to come up often. My sessions are thoughtful, focused and not overly scripted.

I teach IB Economics and have spent years helping students make micro and macro essays more precise. A common problem is that students understand the theory but don’t apply it well enough to the question or diagrams. That’s usually the first thing I fix. I also support students with internal assessments, especially article choice and commentary structure. Lessons are organised, exam-focused and very specific to the syllabus.

I’m an IB Business Management tutor and I usually work with students who need help turning class notes into usable exam answers. We spend a lot of time on case study technique, terminology, and deciding what actually counts as evaluation. I also support the IA, especially research questions and making sure the analysis does not drift. My approach is practical and student-led, but I’m quite exact about exam wording.
